Can You hear me? I messed up.

That’s right, due to unforeseen amount of work remaining, we are delaying the launch to Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Losing patience? Rest assured the delay is to ensure that the site goes live with the complete experience, well ummm… complete. :] Stay tuned.

Snowdenology.net Launch Delay

Hey,

So I got a little extra busy with work the last 2 weeks, and as a consequence had no time at all to work on snowdenology. The previous June 1 launch has, therefore, been pushed back 2 weeks to June 15. At that time I plan to be running the SSYMS [Songs], Stayathome [touring], and the as-of-yet-untitled discography sections. More soon…

Snowdenology.net Site Updates

It’s been busy busy around here, getting together the core of Snowdenology.net. All is looking good for the planned June 1 beta launch. Some Songs Your Mother Sang (song listing, information, lyrics, etc.) has been live for a few weeks now, and as of this morning Stay At Home (shows: past, present, and future + setlists etc. section) is live. These sections are both password restricted for now. If you’d like access email breathmint@snowdenology.net.

Next up, discography. I’ll also try to keep site updates more regular here. In addition, look for update feeds real soon too!

Keep Quiet

As the days roll by, we continue to get snippets about what’s coming next for Snowden, but major details are as-of-yet unrevealed, which leads to some interesting questions. Over the last few weeks/months, in various blurbs, we have come to find out new management has been finalized, the album is done and just needs to be retracked and mixed, it will be preceeded with an EP of exclusive material, and at least 2 live dates are approaching in Atlanta (July 3 @ The Earl) & Miami (June 6 @ White Room / POPLIFE 10 Year Anniversary).

What we do not know -

  • Has a new label been signed to?
  • What is the title of the record?
  • What is the real timeframe for a new full tour?

Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.

New Album Soon To Arrive

Good News Indeed! Last night while getting ready for bed, I did a routine check of snowden.info and found the site is in a new transitional stage. The image below is the new frontpage and promises “new album soon to arrive.” Gents (and lady)… how am I to sleep now? Stay tuned for more news as it comes in.
